Accelerated Career Boot Camp
This program is currently paused.
This program will provide you with four weekly, one-to-one coaching sessions plus email support to be completed within one month.
You're ready to make changes...now! You are committed to setting aside the time to do the work to examine where you are and where you want to go. This boot camp is for you.
Here’s how it works:
1. Fitness Test
Just like you wouldn’t start boot camp without assessing your current fitness level, before we get started this is a good time to check in with yourself. We will explore what kind of work you have done, your achievements, etc.
2. Confidence Course
A big part of basic training is physical training. Don’t worry, you don’t have to do any actual pushups, but you do need to be prepared to do some work as we look at your career beliefs, strengths, skills, and more. This will also help build up your self-confidence.
3. Finding and Building Your Squad
Everybody needs a squad aka community whether you are in military service or looking for a job. We will spend some time working on identifying your community as well as ways to strengthen and grow it.
4. Field Exercises
It’s time to take what you’ve worked on and put it all together. We’ll look at your expertise and determine if we need to upskill or reskill. We will work together to review your resume, think about ways to tell your story, and hone your interviewing skills. Then you’ll be ready to march and put it into practice.

I call it the not-your-momma phenomenon. Remember how your mom would give you advice or share information with you as a teen, but you simply ignored it? But when your friend or a teacher, shared the same thing you were amazed!
I spent 15 years in Toastmasters honing my speaking skills. I also have significant experience working in online education and finding ways to connect virtually. I’d love to help you.
